Drowsiness is often ambushed in the day, especially after lunch it makes us unable to concentrate at work. To that end, here are some ways that can be done in order to avoid drowsiness and performance of our work was not it more leverage.
1. Provide your time to have a breakfast although only with fast food like cereal or oatmeal and fruit jam and bread.
2. Do not be too much to drink tea or coffee after breakfast and before lunch. Not only will ruin your appetite, effects of caffeine will cause anxiety.
3. Do not overeat at lunch because it certainly will make you feel tired afterwards. Make a lunch menu with balancing intake of carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Try to avoid eating rice in the afternoon because it will make the stomach becomes distended. With a balanced lunch menu, would you no longer need a multivitamin supplement to help support stamina.
4. Try getting enough sleep at night, at least 6-7 hours.
5. A time for sports schedules on the sidelines of daily activity. Whether it’s working out at home or go to the gym.
6. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
7. Avoid snacks between breakfast and lunch. But it is okay to eat the fruit when hungry. Choose fruit that is rich in vitamins C, A, potassium, and flavonoids such as apples, oranges, berries, pomegranate, and banana.
