Warm-up exercise for the eyes
1. Sit on a chair, rub our hands to create heat in the palm of our hands.
2. Close both eyes. With the palm of the hand shaped like a bowl, then place it in front of our eyes. This step will prevent light enters our eyes and let absorb heat from the palm of the hand.
3. Hold this position for 10 times the respiratory system. If necessary, we can repeat it.

Sports eye
1. Remained seated in a chair and do not move our heads.

3. Perform repetitions of this movement as much as five times. Then, replace the other direction for the fifth lap.

Do not let your eyes work too hard. Take some time to warm up and exercise for the eyes, so that we avoid organ of vision fatigue.

  • Leave your stomach 20 percent empty as overeating makes the digestive system weak and does not allow the processed foods to convert into energy.
  • Digestive enzymes should be taken to improve the digestive health. These enzymes help prevention of gas, bloating and other digestive ailments.
  • At last, regular exercise should be done to improve digestive health. It also allows proper movement of food through the digestive system.
